About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth in Singapore. The role is focused on managing and expanding customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will spend approximately 70% of their time visiting customers, ensuring strong engagement and business development across key industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in Singapore.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits, meetings, and technical discussions to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to deliver value-added services and solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms in alignment with company policies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, reporting progress to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience in an OEM, industrial equipment, or engineering solutions company.
  • Proven track record of customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong technical sales knowledge and ability to engage with engineering and procurement teams.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Must be Singapore-based with the ability to travel frequently within the country.
