Packaging Equipment Service Engineer – Regional (APAC)

Are you a hands-on packaging equipment engineer with deep experience servicing and troubleshooting aseptic filling lines?
We are partnering with a leading player in the Food Specialties and Functional Beverage space to find a technically strong engineer who can support and elevate manufacturing operations across their APAC co-manufacturing network.
The Role
- This is a field-facing, individual contributor role with significant regional impact. You will be the technical authority on the ground — troubleshooting filling line issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting new product launches, and ensuring manufacturing excellence across multiple sites in the region.
- Based in your home country. Approximately 50% travel across APAC.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience servicing and operating aseptic filling lines
- Strong knowledge of aseptic carton filling equipment and cap applicator systems
- Background as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer and experience in beverage or liquid food manufacturing environments will be a huge plus
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
- Ability to independently drive projects and manage multiple stakeholders across different sites and cultures
- Comfortable with regional travel across APAC
- Can be based in Singapore or Philippines / Indonesia / Vietnam / Thailand, or Malaysia (preferred)
